Glyn Farm Granary

The Granary offers first class accommodation for four people in a truly rural setting. The spacious sitting room with digital TV and DVD player and the large main bedroom both have panoramic and uninterrupted views of the Radnorshire hills. The main bedroom has it’s own bathroom and the attic bedroom a shower room. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine and a separate cloakroom. Oil fired central heating throughout ensures that inside the Granary is always warm and comfortable whatever the weather outside.
The main bedroom has a king size double bed, the attic either twin beds or a super king size double. Sheets and towels are provided.
Additional accommodation is available in the main house and stabling is available.
The Granary is attached to the main farmhouse and is located in the centre of a working stock farm with cattle, sheep and horses. There is a terrace where visitors can sit and enjoy the view and is ideal for barbecues and a secluded grass area for relaxation. Rural tranquillity can be guaranteed.
The farm is approximately 5 miles from the historic market town of Hay-on-Wye, famous as the ‘Town of Books’ and well known for it’s antique shops. Canoes can be hired from a number of locations in and around Hay and riding on the hills can be arranged with a local riding centre. The farm is also an ideal centre for walkers and nature lovers with direct access to a footpath leading to the Radnorshire hills and linking with Offa’s Dyke Path. The Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains are within easy motoring distance.
