Ripon House is ideally situated in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park providing an ideal base for exploring this spectacular area.

The property has 3 bedrooms consisting of a family room with a king-size bed, a twin room with two single beds and a single room. Also available is a travel cot, 2 pullout single beds and a sofa bed enabling up to 8 people to stay if required.

There is a spacious lounge with TV, DVD, video and CD player and a separate dining room with table and chairs to seat up to 8 people (high chair also provided). The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob and oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. A modern bathroom provides a bath as well as a separate power shower.

The patio has a table and chairs and looks across to a small park with a children's playground.

There are also books, children's toys and games, local maps and information supplied for your convenience.

Note: The house is a non-smoking property and does not cater for pets. Heating and electricity included.
