The fully equipped kitchen is welcoming with an electric hob and built-in oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dish washer and washing machine, ample work and storage space in pine cupboards. Long kitchen table with chairs and has a featured exposed stone fireplace.

The back door has a warm sunny entrance porch, with more room for walking boots, coats and wet dogs. It has a downstairs shower room with a shower, toilet and hand basin.

A very spacious sitting room with sofas and chairs and open fireplace, digital satellite TV, video, videos and Hifi / CD system. There is a box of children's toys, games, books etc, and an old oak dresser and cupboard, with extending dining table and chairs.

Wide carpeted stairs lead up to four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a family room with a double bed and a single bed. Bedroom 2 has a single bed, bedroom 3 has a queen. size bed (3/4 size) and bedroom 4 is a family room with a double and single bed.

A very spacious bathroom with a separate power shower, bath, hand basin and toilet. Cot and high chair available on request.

Efficient oil central heating, open fireplace. All oil, electricity, logs, coal, bed linen and tea towels included in rental. TOWELS CAN BE PROVIDED WITH A SMALL CHARGE.
