The small town of Amlwch is about two miles away and there are splendid beaches nearby at Lligwy and a little further down the coast to Benllech. Cemaes Bay is only a short way up the coast and all the attractions of the Isle of Anglesey are within easy driving distance. The owner of the cottages can offer holidaymakers sea fishing and pleasure boat trips at preferential rates.
